We had asked for a crib that was missing the mattress and the staff corrected it immediately and were very helpful. The room itself was great too.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip even better!
