"The English level of staff are much better than other same tier hotel groups. There’s smell in the toilet and the staff immediately arranged a plumber to fix it when we were out. The parking is smooth but it’s first-come-first-served. 1000yen per night again the staff were nice. There are lots of restaurants and a plenty of shopping places in the area. Overall a good deal considering the price level."
