The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. I complained to front desk and someone came in telling us opening windows. We stayed on 2nd floor facing street and it was noisy. Whenever we put the room card in, the light generated extra heat inside the room and we had to constantly remove the card to cool down the room.
