Sherwood Island State Park Vacation Packages

The room was cold. An engineer tried to improve the heat, but couldn't, and said the we could turn off the heat and the room would warm up. We turned it off and the room didn't warm up.

This hotel does not compare to the standards of all the other Hampton Inn's I have stayed in. It was clearly an older property that seemed like it had been rebranded a Hampton inn, but not upgraded. The bathroom was small, the hot water in the shower had about 1/8" movement before it was nothing but lukewarm and then cold water. The pillows on the bed were basically nothing. The TV did not have the usual Hampton interface with Smart TV functions like Netflix and Youtube.

Room was surprisingly small (half the room was the bathroom) but clean. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the mattress just sank down and you woke up aching. PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE. They use the valet parking next door and they are unorganized, unresponsive, incredibly slow, and all around pain. They ask you to text them 15 minutes ahead of time for them to bring out the car and it took them over 45 minutes. We had the bride of the wedding we were attending with us and she had to uber because they took so long. We finally got to the wedding venue and as we parked we received a text telling us we would receive our car in 30 minutes (actually ridiculous). The next day when we texted for the 15 minute heads up, their system told us they didn’t have our car and we had to race down to figure out what was going on and make sure our car was still there.
