I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

"The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no cups in the room for coffee, yet there was a coffee machine and lids for cups. I called down to the front desk and was told they don't supply cups in the room and if I wanted a cup I had to go down to the coffee bar to get one. My tv didn't work in my room. It had sound but no picture. The girl at the front said she was the only one on staff and couldn't leave the front desk so there was nothing she could do to help. I did request a new room and got that. The breakfast bar was good."
