"We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time! It’s close to Main St in Penn Yan which has shops, restaurants, and local coffee spots. It’s easy to get to the water and hiking trails. The house is clean and spacious! You must be able to handle stairs. The yard is fenced and great for my dog! And the owner is easy to contact and communicate with! Definitely recommend! "

"We loved being right on the lake, it was magical. The dock and fire pit were our favorite places. It was a long drive in on a private road, so we mostly grouped our activities and went out and back once. That being said, the house was well equipped for making meals, and the bed was comfortable! The house has so many windows it was wonderful to see the lake everywhere you went!"

"We had a wonderful time. The lake house is beautiful. The beds were comfy. There was lots of room in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for multiple people to prepare meals. We could always find shade throughout the day in the yard to set our chairs. Swimming area was perfect for our grandchildren. We did a trip to Fillmore Glen and it was great to have Auburn there for many more things. We would love to come back"
