"This is an amazing property. If I could give 10 stars I would have done it. We had a get together with 10 siblings and we had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the pool was very relaxing, plus we were close to the beach. We hope to come back again."

"The house was in the perfect location for us. Short drive for beach days and quiet neighborhood for pool days. Ample amount of beach equipment. Walking distance to a grocery store was definitely a bonus. Pool was clean, lots of toys for kids which was perfect for us. Kept the little one busy. Rooms were a good size, everyone had their own downtime space with TVs in each room. Kitchen was beautiful and perfect for sitting around and chatting while cooking. The owner of the property was easily accessible and super accommodating. Highly recommend."

"The host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The house had very nice amenities, comfortable beds, and a well appointed kitchen.Unfortunately, we were informed the day we arrived that the back yard and all the things pictured on the VRBO site - chairs overlooking the canal, outdoor grill, table and chairs - would be unavailable to us due to renovations to the backyard. After receiving our complaints and disappointment the host postponed the major construction piece - jackhammering the concrete patio - until we checked out. Still, the backyard and its amenities, a reason we chose this house, were unusable while we were there."

" We rented this house for the close proximity to the beaches, and most definitely it was. A big added bonus was the neighbors were extremely friendly, and we felt very safe. The communications with the host were exceptional! The vacum went out, and I messaged her, so that I could keep the place tidy. And, a vacum was delivered the next day. We came home one night around 7:00 to find out we didnt have any water, due to a worker hitting the main water line coming into the house. The host was notified, and within 2 hrs or sooner she had contacted the city, and had the issue resolved, and we had water! I have made a couple of suggestions to them, after we checked out, to hang some blinds, and fix some electrical outlets. But, this didnt stop me from already renting this same house for the month of February 2027!!"
