OYO Times Square

OYO Times Square

8/10 Good
"I would rate the hotel itself very good. The staff was excellent, the room was clean enough but obviously showing its age. The paint is peeling in places, a corner rim in the hallway was held on by painters tape. It’s conveniently located and different shops and restaurants are easily accessible."

"Room is smaller but clean and functional. The hot water in the shower was HOT in the morning but cool in the evening. Otherwise it was great for my business trip."

Empire Hotel

Empire Hotel

8/10 Good
"The location of this hotel is unbeatable! It's lively and I had a room overlooking Dante Park and Lincoln Center. The room was on the smaller side with no real closet, an ironing board laying against a wall in the room and the bathroom is in desperate need up a makeover- not because it's out dated but because it's run down. The bathroom vanity is delaminating, the bathroom door has visible signs of trapped moisture, and the shower drain cover was not in tacked. I asked for a feather pillow and was given a down alternative pillow, not a feather one. On the upside, the room was quiet (and my room was right off the elevators). I felt I was paying for the location and not the room or amenities because it was over priced based on the room itself."

Harmony Suites

Harmony Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Ideal alternative base instead of staying in Manhatten, if you're on a budget. Regular bus service, with stop opposite hotel, into the city costing $10.10 return. Free breakfast was adequate and local amenities included Carnegie Deli, Red Lobster, Chipotle and a cinema."
