Get cozy by the gas fireplace in the living area and stream favorite shows on the Roku TV. A charming window nook is perfect for curling up with a good book. The den offers even more living space with a sofa bed, and TV.
Prepare tasty meals in the modern kitchen, outfitted with all-new stainless steel appliances. Handy extras include a toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and cutting board. When you're ready to eat, the dining room provides a long table with seating for 10. An office nook to the side offers a great spot to plan the days activities.
This vacation home sleeps 14 between six bedrooms and the queen sofa bed in the den. On the lower level, find two bedrooms -- both with a queen bed. The bathroom on this floor has a tub/shower combination. The ground floor offers a half bath as well as a utility room.
Four additional bedrooms are located on the top floor, each with high ceilings and a smart TV. Two of the upstairs bedrooms boast king beds. The other two have queen beds -- one with a fireplace and the other with a private balcony. The bathroom on this floor holds a tub/shower combination.
Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. A tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water. Extras include hair dryers, a stroller, and a Pack n Play.

This vacation rental does not include designated parking. Street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Your home offers a window air-conditioning unit in the dining room. There are also two box fans and two portable air-conditioning units on the top floor.
There is a small cottage on the property that is rented out a few months out of the year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
