Lovely and Spacious 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom in Seattle

This Seattle property is located on a nice street and has a courtyard entrance. Comfy unit that is a part of a triplex and is on the 1st floor. Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, private patio, and everything you need for your stay. Great location nearby parks, food, North Gate shopping, and about a 15 minute drive to the Space Needle and Downtown Seattle.

Transportation: Less than a 15 minute walk to Northgate Light Rail. About a 2 block walk to multiple Public Bus Transportation stops. One parking spot dedicated to the unit and additional free street parking in front of the home.

Ideal Accommodation
Having never been to Seattle, we were unsure where was good to stay. Our group of two adults, two kids and a dog found this place perfect for our needs. It is within close access to various parks for walking the dog, as well as easy access to the rail transit to get downtown. Communication with Jessica was easy and ongoing - even after we left, when my son forgot his wallet and money in one of the bedrooms, which Jessica kindly shipped back to us. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a well priced place to stay, and we will definitely stay here the next time we visit.
