Love this place!
Liked this place very much. The location is perfect. Cute Studio. Very easy communications with Carlos, his responses were quick and helpful. Another important convenience is a short walk to the train which goes to an airport.

Absolutely delightful
This little studio is so cute and in a really great location. It was really easy to access, and communication with the owner was excellent. It does get a little loud around midnight as the kitchen backs up to the loading zone for the donut shop. But the donut shop is lovely and tasty, and the noise didn’t last long. Highly recommend, would stay again.

We stayed for a concert at lumen field. The location was walkable but we preferred to take the Link. The bed was comfy and the sheets were very soft. The pull out coach was a good size for a 12 year old but would have been a squeeze for an adult.

Perfect for our Needs and a Delight
The building and unit were incredibly easy to access and check in was a breeze. We took the train from the airport and it was very near a front door delivery! LOVED that the unit is on the first floor, so only a few stairs into the historical building and we had the option of using the front or back entrance. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 or 3 travelers of any age. Carlos was an exceptional host and thought of every need when stocking the apartment. He also was quick to reply to messages and provided LOTS of helpful suggestions. When we go back, we'll likely plan our stay around this home's availability. The location can't be beat and the charm gets major bonus points.

Beautiful, peaceful apartment
I stayed here for 6 days as part of the crew of a sail racing team. The apartment was really convenient for walking to the marina, downtown and to tourist attractions like the Space Needle. It was a very peaceful relaxing space and the kitchen was great for preparing simple meals. I can highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
