The staff were kind and so very helpful. They even helped us book transport to the airport. The lobby was a great hang out spot. The pineapple water and cookies were cute and we appreciated the snack fridge. The bed was comfy. We found it difficult to have both suitcases opened up at the same time. The room was small but functional.

I loved the pineapple theme throughout the hotel, and there were some cool features like complimentary bicycle rental and a water refill station. Unfortunately, I have to give a low rating based on the cleanliness of my room. I found several hair and little stains on the bedding and much of the furniture was stained or damaged. Overall, it didn’t feel clean. Hotel staff were nice and helpful.
