"The check-in staff was excellent and very helpful as we had a slight problem with our dates. The room was very clean and there was no carpet! The small refrigerator was a bit loud and air conditioning kept going on and off, but it was very cool in the room. Enough towels and the shower was great, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was continental with a variety of options, loved the new pancake machine! Staff in the morning also paid attention to detail by helping customers and anticipating their needs. The manager, Karen, assisted with a booking issue and was very kind. We will not hesitate to return."
