"Yudika was absolutely outstanding in demonstrating professionalism while making the customer feel as though his request was satisfied. In my opinion, he took the “ privileged” roll knowing the customary check-in and check out process with respect to snacks. The customer basically demanded to receive snacks all the snacks on checkout. Great stay, but the elevators need better coordination. "

"Room could have been cleaner. Nothing stockef for sale in mini fridge. No coffee or free snacks for Breakfast. No clear signs where free parking is or how it works. No room service at all."

The staff were incredibly accommodating with my request for a room with a specific view and the room itself was clean and incredibly unique and eclectic. The bed was lovely, breakfast was scrumptious, and overall I loved my stay here and will certainly be back."

"Soho 54 is located on Watt Street, just before the entrance to the Holland Tunnel (to New Jersey). There is almost always 3-4 lanes of bumper to bumper traffic, with drivers honking their horns constantly. One night there was construction in the tunnel, which led to a backup and a crescendo of horn honking. The air conditioning is wonky, just seems to blow air constantly, and there is no refrigerator in the room. It was not a pleasant stay."

"Good location. If there would’ve been a small fridge, it would’ve been 5 stars. Bed was comfortable and AC was COLD! shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers. Blankets on bed were also impressive. Hot chocolate at night. Coffee and tea with cookies in the morning. Microwave is in lobby. "

"The heat was very effective on the cold night. I was able to find street parking both nights I stayed. I didn't like that it smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway and the room (although it says non-smoking). I wish there microwaves in the rooms but I made the best of it."
