« My stay was okay overall, but there were a few drawbacks. The staff did not greet guests much or interact very warmly, which made the atmosphere feel less welcoming. The pool and hot tub had a very strong chlorine smell that made them less enjoyable to use. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options available.
