There were two challenges with our stay; first, the side door at the bottom of the stairwell was always open, making it easy for anyone without a card key to enter the building; and second, the pool was easily accessible, but it had not been cleaned, so we spent the first 15 minutes cleaning and skimming the pool before we got in.
