"The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money."

"What a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and had a lovely view of the pool. Check in was very easy and we called morning of to extend our stay a few hours at the residence and it was simple. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and not crowded at all. My son, especially loved, going up to the observation deck and looking out at the marsh. The horses on the property were such a lovely additional bonus. We will absolutely be returning to the Refuge Inn"
