We stayed there last year and the ice machine was broke, went back this year and it was still broke. They were sending us all over the place to get ice, simply ridiculous The tub was clogged and then at 4:30 in the afternoon we had no clean towels, had to track down a maid for them Our last night there we had the police at the hotel 2 times, the second time there were 6 police officers there Never again!!!

For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .

Room was a bit outdated. Everything worked fine. Staff was friendly for the most part. Largest flat screen TV I’ve ever had in a hotel before! Jacuzzi tub was much used and worked well. Parking is one of the main downfalls. Lack of close parking spaces made you not want to ever leave to go anywhere for fear of losing your spot! Overall good/great though. Absolutely perfect location!

It was close to the beach. Pool was very small, 30 x 30 ft with 16 chairs. The room was clean but definitely not worth $500 a night. Our room over looked the street and was noisy. Bed sheets were not made correctly. Restaurants were less than marginal. Paid parking $16/night. Will not stay there again and not recommend.

Horrible experience won't be staying again! We drove 8 hours and as soon as we got there it was crap. No one at the check in desk just a phone number to call. Also because no one is working it's a free for all all night. Drunk ppl screaming all hours. Then me and my husband go to the beach come back and find a man in our bed and when I went to the front desk to find out what the heck was going on she said oh well your room was clean so we assumed u check out early. I was flabbergasted and then she proceeded to get an attitude saying it was a mistake. Also the man in our bed was the workers boyfriend she said oh that's just my boyfriend I'll go get him out. I checked out that second. Call Expedia and they got me a full refund. Won't be recommending at all. We moved over to the Americana hotel right next door and they were amazing in every way
