This was a major letdown, especially since it played a big part in our decision to book.The remote for the TV was broken, rendering it unusable for the first day. While the issue was eventually resolved, it still impacted our experience. We reported it mainly to help future guests avoid the same issue.The most serious concern came when the air conditioning failed during an intense heat wave. Repairs didn’t happen until the next day despite our immediate call to the emergency number. The management’s dismissive response—that it had “JUST” happened 10 hours earlier—only added to our frustration, especially given the extreme heat.Even more troubling, a maintenance worker entered the unit without notice while our two children (ages 11 and 13) were alone and sleeping. No prior call, knock, or warning—just someone walking in unannounced. This was extremely upsetting and a clear breach of safety protocols.We understand that things go wrong, but the way those issues are handled matters. In this case, the lack of communication and concern left a bad impression. There were some positives to the stay, but unfortunately, the negatives outweighed them. ##### Tisha G.
