"The staff and mostly the Management was the rudest person I have ever been involved with! At 11:00 am she kicked in my door and told me to get out. "

"No hot water first night no tv service at all first three nights. Second night we had hot water but had to let it run because it was brown and they got water heater issues. Found out after two or three nights they have a hot tub and sauna. That was decent. Staff was nice and consistently trying hard to make our stay better even tho the cable and water sucked. Lots of losers hanging out in parking lot all night long"

"We’ve stayed there 3 times in the last 2 years and have yet to be there while their pool was accessible. Each time they have said their pool is closed for about two weeks. If they are not allowing anyone to use the pool, they need to remove it from their list of amenities and reduce their prices to stay there. "

"We have stayed here three years now, & we absolutely love it. It works perfectly for our group where everyone can spread out & have their space & you can't beat the location if your there for the dunes. The owners are easy to get a hold of & great with communication.The one con thing I would have to say is that hopefully one day they can upgrade the mattresses in all the rooms in the house because they are all very uncomfortable.But all in all it's a great place, quiet, huge lawn area, well fenced, two fire pit areas, double washer & dryers, dune access, two bunkhouses with its own bath house, plenty of room for your toys & a great place to sit back & relax with family & friends. This is our one big trip a year & we look forward to it every time, cannot wait until next year."

"My first night I was bitten by what I thought was a spider. I figured it was a one off. Next night 3 or 4 more bites. I went to the desk to ask them to do something. Dude sarcastically says" Yeah, there are spiders in Oregon". No offer to change rooms, no offer to send maintenance to spray. Nothing. I was there for 5 days. I work long hours when I am out of town doing IT construction. Think ladders and heavy lifting all day. So, it frustrated me but I was too tired to fight it. I hoped for the best. The next night woken up with tons of bites at 1:30 am. Expedia couldnt or wouldn't do much. I didn't want to lose my money by leaving. This hotel is known, in the reviews for not honoring refunds. So I stayed, and it was miserable. I think the bites might have been a mix of spiders and or bedbugs. I will post pictures. Now, I am back home at a laundromat because I refuse to take my clothing, blanket, and pillow into my house in case they are infested. This trip cost me more money, time, and discomfort than I have ever experienced. The overnight lady was pretty awesome, and that was about it. I go back to Coos Bay on Monday. I will never stay here again. "
