Sandsation: Direct Dune Access, Lakefront & Trailer Parking

Ride directly from the driveway to the Oregon Dunes, then unwind at Sandsation on the small south leg of Saunders Lake. This three-bedroom, one-bath home sleeps up to seven, with two king bedrooms, generous truck-and-trailer parking, and a newly fenced front yard for pets.

DIRECT DUNE ACCESS
Guests can legally ride from the driveway directly to the dunes—approximately a minute and a half at the recommended 10 mph. No need to load up and trailer your machines for each outing.

TRUCK, TRAILER & SAND TOY PARKING
The front driveway is approximately 40 feet wide and 60 feet long. It comfortably accommodates two Toyota Tundra-size trucks, each with a 24-foot enclosed trailer, plus one additional vehicle. Additional space beside and behind the house accommodates individual vehicles and sand toys.

ROOM TO RECHARGE
Two bedrooms each have a king bed. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. There is one shared bathroom. Enjoy a home base for family trips and smaller riding groups between outings on the dunes.

SAUNDERS LAKE & SEASONAL WATER ACCESS
Lake access behind the house is private to guests. Saunders Lake itself is shared. A paddle boat and canoe are available, with use generally best from March through August. Water levels on this small south leg of Saunders Lake vary seasonally and can be very low. During low-water periods, using the boats may require transporting them to the boat launch down the road. Please ask about current water conditions before booking if paddling is a priority.

PETS WELCOME
The newly fenced front yard offers outdoor space for pets. Up to two pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $100 per pet, per stay ($100 for one pet; $200 for two).

GUEST LIMIT & HOUSE RULES
A maximum of seven people are permitted on the property at any time, including visitors. No parties or events.
