Out of all of the places we stayed on our trip driving up the coast, this was by far our favorite stop. We stayed at fancy resorts and swanky hotels, but the Siltcoos retreat was just magical! The amount of detail everywhere you look was amazing. The time and effort put into our conductors cabin, had us in awe. You guys are legendary for what you’ve accomplished there. Y’all we had deer walk up to us in the back yard! They didn’t even care we were there! The next time we are in Oregon, we will be staying with you! Thank you again for a magical stay. Your creativity has inspired us! I also thought it was funny you had “Du Monde” coffee because my maiden name is Dumond. So cool!

Really liked having pet free rooms, the walking trail down to old town is great. they only have to go breakfast, it would be nice to have hot breakfast buffet. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

It was fine for one night but I won't stay there again. I'll pay a little more for a place that feels safer and more comfortable. This particular location feels a bit sketchy and I refused to leave the room after dark. The other patrons were loud and obnoxious. As for the room itself, it was clean and smelled of some type of powerful disinfectant. There was a coffee maker with no creamer or sugar packets, the cups were paper and fell apart with just water. There was no blow dryer, no shampoo, etc., just one bar of soap.
