The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, a Traeger bbq with pelllets, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. I travel frequently and have not experienced this before. It was not a huge problem for me but it could be a problem for others. King bed was comfy, queen bed, not so much. Low water pressure, and it took a while for the hot water to come out of the faucets, but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay. Looked like new flooring. The small yard in back was very nice. We had some problems with connecting the TV to the internet but most likely user error! If you're planning a sand dunes vacation and have a dog, Heather's place is an absolute must! The fenced backyard was a paradise for our poodle, providing a safe and fun space to play. As for the kids, they thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of home. The location is a standout feature - it's incredibly close to the sand dunes, making our excursions effortless and enjoyable. This aspect alone makes it an ideal spot for any sand dune adventure. For those seeking a family-friendly, pet-accommodating stay, look no further. Heather's place offers a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience, and fun for the entire family. The hostess and host, Heather and Ryan are extremely helpful and welcoming. By far this is the best rental unit we've experienced. Everything is exactly as described with no unwanted surprises.
