Loved this place!!! The outside access in the back was amazing! We had the water front view/access and wouldn’t have had it any other way. Really enjoyed eating on the back pier area. Convenient location and quiet, safe property. Friendly helpful staff, too. Can’t go wrong! We loved our stay here.

We found Edgewater to be just so-so. It is definitely older, but it isn’t nasty. It gave us a good and convenient place to stay. The front desk was friendly and helpful.

This was actually a last minute booking for us and we were very satisfied with the price and the room. Staff was very friendly at check in and parking was convenient and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was also great as a pit stop on our trip down the coast. Lots of stores and gas stations a stones throw from the hotel. Would recommend!

We stay here a lot, and actually it is the only great place to stay in Coos Bay/North Bend area, sorry to say all other places are horrible. Edge Water is wonderful, clean, recently restored and ran by great caring people. We have had any issues or bad experience at Edge Water for years we've been staying.

The room was very spacious and clean, but the water view was a little lackluster. Nice patio outside, but the wall is high so if you sitting in a chair, you probably won’t see the water anyways, and the divider for the next patio is not solid so you could definitely see your neighbors next to you. No elevator, so if you’re on the second floor, you’ll have to carry your things up a short flight of stairs. Staff was helpful and check-in was very quick, and the property is located behind two different grocery stores so there are options for anything you may need.
