The room was pretty spacious (enough to open 2 large luggages) and very clean! Place was also near amenities like family mart and the subway station! They also had their own in house coin washing machine a dryer. Will definitely book with them again if I’m heading back to Sapporo.

Hotel was located less than 5 minutes from the orange subway line and 2 stops from Odori. Family Mart and 24 hour supermarket all within walking distance. Amazing rooms albeit a little small (usual for Sapporo). Walls are a little thin so bring eyeplugs!

This hotel is separated into 2 buildings for their rooms. The type of room you select during the booking will determine which building you stay in. The superior and deluxe rooms will be located in the rear building, which is newly furnished, and does add an additional touch. The room is on the smaller side, but that is typical of rooms in Japan. However, the room is enough for a single traveler like me, and could be a tighter fit for a couple. Room was clean, and equipped with the necessary amenities. During check-in, you are given a bag of coffee beans that you can make your own coffee in your room using the drip set that they provide to you. There is a cafe downstairs, and you are given a welcome drink that can be either coffee, tea, or juice. Their menu is on the pricier side, but it is worth it. For those who arrive by car, they have parking spots in front and in the back. For a reasonable cost, you have your own parking spot for the time you are there with in/out privileges. The hotel is within walking distance to Kikusui station, so you can leave your car and walk if you do not want to deal with finding parking in the city center.

アネックス棟に宿泊しましたが、Wi-Fiが絶望的に遅く仕事にならないレベルでした。部屋の案内には遅い時間帯がありますのでご了承下さいとありましたが、夕方も深夜も然程変わりませんでした。

雰囲気もおしゃれで、スタッフさんの対応も大変丁寧でした。お部屋もとても綺麗でシャワーとトイレが別なのも嬉しかったです。カフェと繋がっており、20時まではカフェでゆっくりできるので至福の時間をすごすことができました。一人旅などにはとてもおすすめです。また利用させていただきたいです。

シンプルで、エコ感、清潔感が高く、これからのホテルの一つのあり方を示しているように思いました。カフェでのコーヒーが最高のサービスです。朝食も大変おいしかったし、何時間でもいたくなるような空間でした。

過ごしやすい

子ども2人と宿泊しました。必要最低限のアメニティ、バスルームとトイレは分かれてます。ベットはセミダブル２台。場所は札幌中心から少し離れてますが住宅街なので静かに過ごせます。ホテルのカフェ併設、周りの飲食店は少ないですが近くにスーパー、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、コインランドリーもあります。 スタッフの方々は皆さん若くて、とても感じが良かったです。ドリップで淹れるコーヒーも美味しかったです。水道水でお湯を沸かしましたが、こちらの水と違い臭みがなくコーヒーもまろやかに感じました。

トリバゴで家族５人(大人)での宿泊で予約したのですが、５人目のベッドが準備されてなく、しかもプラス¥1,000別途かかりますと言われました。大人５人で予約したので全ての人の寝具は用意したうえでの値段設定にして欲しい。 結局、別途¥1,000はとらないということになり、不在中に簡易ベッドを用意してくれましたが、アメニティが４人分しか用意されてなくて、残念でした。 部屋の内装や設備はとても良かっただけに改善したらとても良い宿泊になると思いました。

始めて泊まるところだったので、事前に宿泊の件で電話をしたのですが、出られたスタッフの方の対応がとても良く、安心しました。実際、宿に到着してからの受付のスタッフさんも、変わらず親切丁寧な対応で、感じが良く、また入口隣がとてもオシャレなカフェで、ゆったりした感じが良かったです。 宿泊料金が前払いで、最初は「エッ⁉️素泊まりだから？」って思ったんですが、最初にルームキーを貰うので、深夜遅くに宿に到着しても自由に部屋に入れたし、帰りもルームキー回収BOXに戻すだけなので、自由に宿を出れて楽でした。 とても気に入った施設だったので、本当は最後くらいはお世話になったスタッフの方達に、一言お礼を言って帰りたかったのですが…(˶ᐢᗜᐢ˶)是非また、利用させて頂きますm(*_ _)m

Nice bed, lots of things provided. Not if you want to cook they didn’t carry pans. But this might be something you have to ask for. And if you want a good coffee then there’s a very nice coffee shop in the reception area. Quite pricey but you get what you pay for!

１人旅で利用しました。 キレイでオシャレなホテルでした。 駅、、スーパー、コンビニ、近くて良かったです。 共有スペースのシャワールームは早めの時間はキレイですが、洗面台を水びちゃびちゃに利用する人がいるので、利用者のマナーによって汚い時もあります。 共有スペースのフリースペースは、電子レンジ、ケルト、冷蔵庫などあって便利です。なぜかIHコンロあるのに使えないようにしてるのは謎です。

여기 정말 너무너무 좋아요♥ 시설도 너무 깔끔하고 좋고 분위기도 좋고 어메니티도 칫솔 수건 옷까지 전부 갖춰져있고 훌륭해요 라운지에서 멍때리고 있기만해도 좋고 이불도 촛감 너무 좋았습니다♥ 위치도 그냥 슬슬 걸어다녔는데 동네 풍경이 너무 예뻐서 대만족입미다 바로앞에 패밀리마트가있어서 더할나위없어요! 눈내린 풍경 못잊을것같아요 삿포로오면 늘 여기만 올듯♥

ゲストハウスとは思えない居心地の良さでした。エアコンが寝るところまで届ききらず少し寒かったのと、やはりかなり乾燥してしまうので、ブランケットの貸し出しがあるとなお良いと思いました。

近東西線菊水站，飯店對面是全家，右前方有lowan、左前方有24小時超市，超市路口有7-11，非常方便。 附近還有回新千歲機場的巴士站。 飯店一樓是咖啡廳，咖啡非常好喝，有水準！(相較之下，餐就略顯普通…… 房間內有作務衣可換穿，非常舒適(有販售)，房間新穎、乾淨整齊，是一個非常好的住宿體驗。

テンションの上がるステキさ

シングルの個室を予約しましたが、受付時に部屋のアップグレードをしていただきました。スタッフの対応や表情もとても良かったです。部屋も水回りも新しく、とてもきれいでしたし、お部屋のにおいも無くてとても快適でした。ソファの下の清掃が少々甘かったのが残念ですが、カフェなどでゆっくりできれば、思いがけないとても贅沢な時間を過ごせたと思います。ホテル内での時間がなかったことが悔やまれるくらいおしゃれでステキなホテルでした。
