The Caudalie toiletries were a high-end bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. The Wine Experience: For any wine lover, this is a dream. The daily wine tastings with a knowledgeable sommelier were both educational and fun. The in-house Federico restaurant also served one of the best dinners we’ve had in Lisbon. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Situated at the intersection of Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Príncipe Real, we were within walking distance of the city’s best shops and restaurants. Plus, the views of the Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara right across the street are breathtaking. If you are looking for a luxurious, well-curated stay that feels like a "home away from home," look no further. We cannot wait to return!"

"Genuinely don't understand why this place is rated so high. I would not have stayed here if I knew what it was like. My room smelled disgusting and had mold in the shower. I left part of a cup of tea out overnight and by morning it was literally swarming with bugs. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Gross."

"The hotel was cozy and more than comfortable. The staff and atmosphere of the lounge/bar/restaurant area were all excellent. It was in the heart of old Lisbon and walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to see."

"Hotel is setup across 2 buildings and we were in the building up the street from reception but this wasn’t an issue. The room was clean and we had a view onto Rossio Square but being on the 4th floor we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Breakfast was good and it was quiet on both mornings."
