The mold in the window of the primary bedroom was nasty. The window security stick literally came from the garden and still had dirt on them. I have never walked away from a rental because it was so bad until i rented this house. Needs a major cleaning. Cons: Carpet needs cleaning, table in back is missing a top. Biggest issue was the heat. Temperature was in the upper 80s and there is no A/C. House was unbearably hot in the afternoons and evening especially upstairs where bedrooms are located. Vacasa was not helpful. ##### Erica S.
