The only reason I can’t rate this a 5 is we found out after we arrived that the washing machine was broken. The property manager did pick up and drop off laundry for us but it wasn’t as convenient as having our own ability to wash beach towels and swimsuits as needed. Aug 16, 2022 #### Great location We booked another property and had to be moved by Kismet due to furniture not arriving in time for booking. We were disappointed that we had to cut our vacation short because this was the only available property. Chris Abraham with Kismet was very helpful and could not have been nicer. All in all, this property ended up being wonderful. We were within walking distance to the beach access and the bike rental shop. We walked to Cafe 30A and had a delicious meal. We rode our bikes everywhere and only drove twice, once to the grocery store (which is not far away) and to a restaurant at Santa Rosa Beach. The property is very clean, neat and decorated beautifully. It is on the bottom floor of the unit so you have easy access when loading and unloading your vehicle. All of the kitchen equipment is updated and quality - the coffee pots, copper skillet and larger skillet are new and in great shape. We had a wonderful time and even though we had to leave early, everything worked out for the best. Due to the proximity of the hurricane to our home we needed to leave anyway.
