The place was just perfect for our family of four. The open-concept kitchen/dining room/family room suited us for meals/game nights and movie nights. The location is a quick and easy 3-minute bike ride to the beach or about a 10-minute walk. Having bikes delivered to our doorstep (awaiting our arrival) was incredibly convenient. The pool was just a few steps from our door, and despite its close proximity, we didn't hear when kids were splashing around in it. So, that was a big plus. I will say, however, that the pool is small, and probably better suited for younger kids (under 10). This would not impact my decision to return as we were there for the beach anyway! It was also very convenient to have our own driveway/parking spot and a stand-alone rental property. This little community of approximately 20 (?) bungalows would be perfect for multiple families who wish to vacation together, while still maintaining some privacy. In addition, the communication with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals was very easy and Justin was quick to respond to any questions we had.
