We had a lot of fun in the large living space sharing meals and playing games and just catching up. And the back deck is a great place to spend in the morning having coffee or reading a book. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the golf cart and bikes make traveling from the house down to Seaside or Alys a breeze. There are several porches that make for great hangout spots in the evening. We would recommend this place and would visit again ourselves. Perfect for a big family. We had six teenagers and our dog with us. Please note the neighborhood is gated and does have pretty strict rules about noise, parking and pets. ##### Sunny B.
