We loved having the sliding door open in the evenings to hear the waves from the beach. The cleaning crew did an excellent job because I always reclean when I arrive and there was no need to here. The condo had everything we needed. If you struggle with stairs, being on the third floor may be a challenge for some because of no elevators, but we are in our 50s and it was nice additional daily exercise for us. ITrip made the process easy and was very friendly to work with. We were even notified early that our condo was ready and we really enjoyed that perk. It was quite and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. It’s only a few steps from the beach. It’s close to restaurants and a grocery store. It was decorated so pretty inside with nice appliances. The view from the balcony was so pretty, as we could see the ocean. The beds were comfortable. The condo had plenty of room for my husband and I and our three kids. The only thing that was problematic was that we had a lot of items to bring up and the stairs were tough for us, but we did it. There is no elevator so to get to the 3rd floor you have to go up the stairs. We had a blast though and enjoyed our stay very much. ##### April S. Jul 4, 2022 #### Beautiful condo in Seagrove This is one of the most beautifully decorated condos we have stayed in. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a hugh flat screen TV. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook but we mainly ate out. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is also a second full bathroom as well. It was just my husaband and I so we each had our own bathroom which was nice. The balcony over looks the pool and you can also see the gulf. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary beach. Right on 30A with easy beach access and a beautiful view of the water from the living area. One BIG note: this condo is on the 3rd floor with long and very steep staircases, and there is no elevator access... at least none that we were made aware of. It wasn't a problem for us, but we didn't see any indication of this when we reserved the condo and imagine it could be problematic for someone older, with bad knees, etc... or if you're staying a full week and have lots to carry up/down from your car when you arrive/are leaving. Also, the listing says there are 2 parking spaces with this condo, but the management company told us we only had one for our unit. Both items could have been an issue, but we made it work. Still these are 2 big factors for many renters and we believe there should be better clarification of these things in the description/upon booking... particularly considering the price point of this unit. For these reasons we knocked off 1 star in a couple categories. Otherwise, the entire property was beautifully maintained and the condo looked just like the listing pictures, completely modernized and updated. ##### Kyle L.
