Located on Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, in the popular beachfront condominium complex of "The Palms at Seagrove!" "Feeling Tip Sea," offers luxury and convenience!! Only one mile east of Seaside, you get the best of both worlds by being within walking, and/or biking, distance to shopping and restaurants in both Seagrove Beach and Seaside. This beautifully updated one-bedroom condo is located right next to the community pool, and is only just steps away from the gulf!! This gulf-side condo is located only a row back from the beautiful waters of the Emerald Coast, and offers a private balcony, an open-concept layout, and sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests!  
  
Updated beautifully, while still feeling comfortable enough for you to make yourself right at home, this unit offers an open-concept living area, a well-appointed kitchen, updated bathrooms, and TVs for every guest's sleeping space! A fully stocked kitchen is tastefully appointed with granite counters, stainless appliances, and seating for up to 7 at the kitchen table and island. The living room provides comfortable seating with a Large Flat Screen TV so you can enjoy your favorite movies and TV shows, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa should extra sleeping accommodations be needed. This condo offers a King Master Bedroom with a gorgeous ensuite bath, and another beautiful bathroom with a shower just off the hallway by the built-in twin-over-twin bunks. Both of these bunks have their own personal tv for the kids to enjoy when they need a break from the sun.
