« We truly enjoyed our stay. Samantha and Deb were both super friendly and helpful. We got some good local eating recommendations from them both. It was quiet and peaceful in our room, and the cove at the end of the street was a lovely local beach that allows dogs. »

Personnel du petit-déjeuner souriant, à l’écoute et très serviable.
Le petit-déjeuner était basique mais bon (fruits, pain grillé, œufs sous diverses formes, céréales, etc ...) .. mais pas aimé le jus d’orange.
Parking gratuit en sous-sol.
Piscine (bien chauffée) et jacuzzi super agréables. »
« We faced an emergency & had to go back to Santa Monica in the middle of PM. Asked for rebooking to Hyatt in Monterrey. Expedia called local hotel but they would refuse. Hyatt reservation center would accept to transfer location but told us to ask Expedia to call them since booked by third party. Expedia would only be able to call the local manager at Hyatt Santa Cruz. End of story: we could not make it, we were not refunded and had to rebook another hotel. Terrible experience. »
« Bâtisse tribien rénovée, très propre et agréable dans un quartier calme et bien situé. Cependant, le terme de suite désigne une chambre de 15 M2 toilette et douche incluses. C'est un peu dommage »
« The rooms are extremely clean and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed being within a short walk of both downtown and the boardwalk. This is a great place to stay if you would like to park your car and leave it while you explore town. »
« Séjour. Hotel vieillissant, voir vétuste. La photo et plus belle que la réalité. Une avenue bruyante longe celui-ci. A 1/4 d'heure a pied de l'avenue centrale ou on recontre l'Amerique profonde celle quon nous fait pas voir . »
