Staff went out of their way to help find a USB brick :-) Late checkbout options (for a fee) are awesome, especially for getting in one more afternoon at the beach and having a place to clean up and change before departing. "We love this property. Rainbow, crystal, Gabriele, Chris are part team that make it worth while. Rooms are great, didn’t have it cleaned in three days (not by our choice), the common restrooms during a busy weekend were dirty. They were not properly staffed for the graduations weekend (again, no fault of the bar and serving team), but all in all, if in Santa Cruz, no where better to stay. "
