Excelente ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, me gustó mucho el jacuzzi y la piscina climatizada, el sendero, la cascada, el área para fogata, el restaurante, no me gustó que no hubiera opcion para desayuno a la carta el domingo, unicamente buffet, a veces no todos los comensales tienen tanto apetito seria bueno dieran la opción a elegir, no hay cafetera disponible en la habitación, aunque se puede pedir el servicio de café a la habitación con costo, la habitación es fría pero las cobijas adicionales son muy calientitas, además se puede solicitar encender la chimenea de alcohol o utilizar el calentador eléctrico disponible en la habitación, el personal atento y amable, en general todo muy bien, 100% recomendable, buen lugar para disfrutar, descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza.

I cannot say enough to truly bring justice to this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. We wanted a place to ground ourselves and relax. The spa was so wonderful. Amazing place. Highly recommend it !!! 👏🙏

"The room #4 has not been well maintained. There was no shower curtain nor toilet seat. If you book this hotel only for one night sleep, it might be OK, but I don't recommend this for a longer stay.
