Santa Isabel Vacation Packages

Lugar muy bonito y todo pero incomodo, por el espacio. Estacionamiento malo para conseguir. Me rompieron dos cristales, me robaron las 4 gomas

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!

I love it clean place put on site. I recommend you want to come there I will be back with my family. Thank you and have a great day.

I arrived to find the room infested with cockroaches and I communicated with the owner who would tell me she would be sending over here assistant to show me another room. That room was also found to be inadequate as the walls were had been painted to hide mold, which could be seen coming through the paint. I contacted t h e thethe woman again and told herI would be leaving the hotel and that she should refund me the cost of the hotel. She refuses to refund me the money. She said my standards were to high. That I should have been comfortable sleep with cockroaches. Hotels. Com contacted the woman and told me she refused to refund the money. I have since contacted my card and placed a dispute.

Good location but rooms were tiny.
