"This place was comfy and welcoming as soon as you opened the front door. It made our stay feel like we were home. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Location is perfect for visiting Santa Fe and surrounding areas. We definitely would stay here again."
"The hotel is very well located and has a charm about it. However, it seems a bit rundown. The blow dryer in my room did not work. I asked for an additional one and it only worked intermittently. Desk staff was only marginal. Not particularly knowledgeable or friendly. I have stayed at Santa Fe Inn and Motel (which is just north of Hotel Santa Fe) and it is really a better place to stay. It was unavailable for this stay so that is why I stayed at Hotel Santa Fe. Price was reasonable."
"This place was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, close to everything we wanted to do. Lee Ann and Allen the managers were super awesome people. Very helpful with lots of tips and knowledge of the area. Can’t wait to go back!!"
"The hotel is gated which made our stay much more enjoyable. Enjoyed the quirky room, loved using an actual key, the cafe was great, and slept well in a comfy bed."

"Away from busy town but within walking distance, just a hike up a hill.
Areas that need attention are the leaking kitchen faucet and mold in bathroom near shower."
