"The Market Urban hotel was one of the best hotels in Europe that we’ve stayed at. The room was large and spacious, with fantastic air conditioning. Our bathroom had a tub which is rare. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast offered was really good. The location was very central to everything Florence has to offer. Without a doubt, I will stay here when we return. "

"Great solo stay at Hotel Paris. Walkable to everywhere. Wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast in the breakfast room/terrace. Breakfast room is available 24/7 for coffee tea etc to take back to you room or drink on the terrace. "
"However, was snookered either at the hotel or by a taxi driver. As I was almost out of Euros I paid by credit card at the hotel for a 4am ride to the airport. The taxi driver wouldn't accept that so I gave him my last cash. Not sure how else I could have resolved that."
