Front desk was so helpful and understanding and got us in and set up in upgraded rooms. The rooms are large and have everything you need and a beautiful view of the river, city and mountains. The following morning the concierge helped us book a great private tour of the Chiang Rai temples and a longneck village. Our driver Bank was kind and friendly. Just nice to be at a property where they staff is obviously happy. Will make this my second home going forward when I visit. Kudos to the GM. You’re doing a fine job.
