There is an elevator obviously to get up and down. Rooms are clean but mine had no shower which was a bummer and only a soaking tub. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very firm. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is more prearranged rather than a buffet. One of six Japanese style choices (pork, soup, fruit, coffee, juice, etc.). I prefer buffet or a menu style but food was good. Overall a very pleasant stay, oerfect for a 50 something travelling solo. Since its an honest review it would have been good if there were a few English speaking channels on the TV and for more elderly guests the floor level Japanese beds might be a little awkward to get up from but I loved it and thought it was great value. It had a nice friendly feel and everyone on the staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was amazing, the hotel was so clean, and the breakfast was very tasty and filling. There is also a small café serving barista style coffees in the hotel. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our four night stay. Great staff and nice clean rooms and the bathrooms was up to modern day standards. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was delicous every morning. Their cheapest room was priced well but i regret not booking the more exlusive rooms since they were far more spacious and cosy so oll do that the next time. This was on me and not on them.
