Everything was fantastic but especially the lovely staff who cannot do enough for you. There recommendation's were excellent for local Thai food in the City and locally to the resort also with the massage advice. Will visit again!

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
I believe there are good intentions but the execution is lacking. Checked in and the staff told me I look tired and I should go take a bath.
