It provides great bang foe the buck. The welcome gift is a very nice surprise. However, they need to upgrade the food. I had dinner at their restaurant, and the food took about an hour. When it came, the pad thai was cold and the pizza was dried up, leading me to think they were perhaps prepared elsewhere and delivered to the hotel. When I told the staff that the food was cold, the waitress heated it up using a microwave. When I later stayed at their sister hotel "Empress Premier" I noticed they offer same menu but the food was hot and fresh. I noticed similar quality difference with breakfast buffet also. Has that regal feel with oriental design elements everywhere. it's a larger hotel vs. a botique hotel so they have many amenities on site, and it's really well staffed. Property is kept up very well. I thought the pool area was a highlight as it has a nice view of the mountains in the background. I really liked their green pool towels.
