"Will be back"
Had a great time. Hotel staff was so amazing. Pool, hot tub and steam room were terrific to use. Being on top of nobb hill was the place to be. So safe and so beautiful. We will be using this hotel again.

"Great Down Town Hotel"
The only downside was the lack of closet and draw space in the room. It is in a great shopping and exercise location

"Excellent hotel. "
Great property. However after upgrading to a fire pit room someone should have warned us that we were going to be placed with a wedding right in front of us

My husband and I flew into San Fran late afternoon and stayed at Half Moon Bay for the night before heading to Napa for a few days. Front desk staff was very friendly and provided a list of restaurants for dinner recommendations. Continental breakfast was good, we took a tray to our room and had our breakfast on the patio looking out over the water. No complaints, we would come back.

"Nice charming hotel by the beach"
Beautiful hotel with great amenities and service. Loved the fitness center having a skylight with decent equipment. I would include in future having some foam rollers and matts for guests. The room was splendid, views of the port and water were extra special. Walking distance to everything. The room did have some extra used towels left over from previous guests that were under sink. Housekeeper must of missed these. Ultimately, stay was perfect.

"scenic hotel has both old an new"
when we arrived we were greeted and checked in by a friendly front desk attendant. We went to our room in the modern part of the hotel which was a very nice room. However it was next to a main door to the outside connection to get to the opposite side of the hotel and gym area. The door is located right next to the wall side of the bed. After a couple of door closes and slams we knew it was not going to work for us. My husband trekked back to the front desk and the same friendly lady offered a room in the historic part of the hotel for a small upgrade fee. She let us go check it out before deciding. We went and it was exactly what I thought I had originally booked through expedia based on their desciption. So we did pay the added fee and took the better room. the staff was friendly and very polite. I now know when booking you need to make sure its in the historical part of the hotel. It has beautiful views and was quite and very romantic.
