"Shower in #156 is very small. Valet service was friendly but they twice said no parking was available when i found an open spot and another time at early check in the front desk staff intervened on my behalf and found a spot for me"

"BED BUGS!!! In the morning, i had to take a cold shower. I spoke with the staff in the lobby. I asked her why the water was cold. No sorry, No apology, she just stated that they re-started the water heater. Really rude! Came home and my wife and I had bites all over our bodies!!! This place is disgusting and service is utter crap. "

"They have done a great job remodeling and updating the hotel. The staff are wonderful. They could use a small café versus just the very expensive restaurant. My only complaint is the bed, bedding and pillows. The bed is extremely firm and sleeps hot like a very low quality memory foam. The linens are scratchy. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. It fits the theme of Knotts Berry Farm well. It would be great to have a mini fridge and microwave as well as a coffee maker. A few improvements and this would be a great hotel."

"It was ok. I did make a recommendation for the stairs on the E entrance my son is blind with very little vision. They have marked all the steps with yellow tape but not the top step he almost fell several times until leaning the steps. Also why no fans in the bathroom? My only other complaint is that I have asked for my invoice by phone and in person still yet to receive. "
