"All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning. In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby. Thank you Sol"

"Great location! You can walk to restaurants, shopping, and tour groups will pick you up from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful! A lot of the staff we spoke to knew English or was patient with our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet was really good, although I do wish it opened a little earlier. We had early tours a bunch of days and did not get a lot of time to eat before we left. The room was very comfortable and clean, although maybe a bit worn looking in some areas. The heat wouldn't turn off in our room which made it uncomfortably warm at night. Our room was on the second floor and the noise from the street outside was too loud for us to keep the windows open. The Wi-Fi was out when we first arrived, but it was fixed quickly and worked well the rest of our trip. The hotel stored our bags after we checked out as we had an evening flight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it!"

Good service, old facilties

"The positive: There's permanently someone at the front desk you can talk to in case of a question or an issue. The staff are attentive and responsive. The hotel is located very close to the centre where you can find plenty of restaurants, caffe and bars. The breakfasts are good. The negative: The rooms are small. The isolation is poor. People talking in the corridor felt like they're standing and talking inside my room. The facilities are old. Hot water is not really hot in the busiest hour of the morning. Broken and falling towel handle in the bathroom. The bathroom is very small. The only place where you can put your stuff is on the toilet. It takes about 15 minutes to the toilet to refill after its fully flushed.(I can’t say the exact time. It feels like ages) I thought there's some problem with the toilet. I asked the lady at the front desk to send someone to check. The same lady showed up in my room 15 minutes later to show me there's no issue. It just takes a very long time. Apparently she knew that. I had to stay one more night in Bariloche due to the change of my schedule. I preferred to pack my bag and move to another hotel."
