"This is a typical tourist apartment studio in downtown Bariloche. Location is great, close to shops and bars and restaurants and walking distance to the lake. The studio is in a new building, with some construction still ongoing in the first floor. It is spacious but a bit basic in terms of furnishings and linen. "The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."

"The owner and management company have terrible communication. It took 17 VRBO messages to check in and confirm our dates and contract, 4 hours and 2 days. We had to text at least 10 times to coordinate check in. This was a nightmare. There were practically no amenities, few glasses. They sprayed so much air freshener that we had headaches. "Great location in the city but management was not reachable or responsive. The individual who spoke English deferred to her Spanish speaking colleague. Safe was locked and never unlocked. One small partial roll of toilet paper and not responsive to requests for more. TV in bedroom didn’t work and management said they would fix but never came. Hair in refrigerator and crumbs in microwave. No A/C which is fine but bar outside was too noisy to leave windows open. No shampoo or hair dryer."
