Check in was easy and convenient. They were able to get us in early. Parking is outrageously overpriced at $30 a night. The hotel is in a good location, right on the river. However, the hotel itself is in need of a serious update. Very old and worn down. Beds are super uncomfortable. The pool area is nice, through several broken chairs and rips in the surrounding flooring. The phone in room didn’t work, so we attempted to call the front desk from our cell phone to request additional pillows. No one answered, so we had to walk down to the lobby to request some to be brought to our room. Price was a little high for what we experienced.
