"This is a beautiful spot! It rained and stormed our entire weekend there but we were still able to sit under the gazebo on the dock and have a relaxing weekend away. The host was courteous and allowed us our privacy but was available if needed. The neighbor was kind as well. "Great boat traffic from the kitchen table windows. We watched men catching fish within 1 minute of casting. The Birds were abundant chirping loud. It rained our 3 days we were there but it did not stop us from kayaking or renting a Pontoon Boat at Play and Stay on Lake Norman it was 1 mile away and we drove the boat right up to our rental house. The bathroom is small but upgraded with a waterfall shower head. The living space was open and suitable for my family and dog. The outdoor space was extraordinary. "I rented this home as a place friends & family could stay as well as the venue for my husband's 50th surprise party. It had everything my guests & myself could want. Lots of space to spread out while still allowing for large groups to gather. The teens loved the game room & movie theater. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you desire. The only drawback are all the stairs but us old folks managed just fine! Overall 5 star location & highly recommend."
