First off we loved the town Davidson and we loved the location of the townhouse, the street it's on is just beautiful. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for a great weekend. There are plenty of extras such as towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and everything you could think of for the kitchen. We used the grill one evening and it worked perfectly. I wouldn’t technically call it walkable, but there are a couple restaurants that you can walk to on a busy main road to access. My only complaint: People don’t want to use someone else’s used bar of soap. All that was provided in shower were two unwrapped and used bars, yuck. And no other toiletries, such as shampoo/conditioner were provided. My recommendation would be to include a starter kit with mini soap, shampoo and conditioner, the same as a hotel. I had to run to grocery store to shower and for the nightly rental being charged, this should be provided to your guests. Rob’s communication was great with check in.
