"Good hotel where I have stayed during previous visits to Columbus. Great staff, check in was quick and easy. They get busy on weekends and your chance of having to deal with noise is increased. First night I had loud neighbors drinking and partying in their room very late. Second night they were gone and it was nice and quiet. Good location on the north side, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping."

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff was personable and helpful, drinks were a good price at the bar and the common area near the bar was comfortable. Overall 10/10!"

"The room had a small, uncomfortable bed. When I came back to the building on my first night, a maintenance person had a mop bucket coming back presumably from cleaning up a water situation. The next morning, I had a water situation in the unit I was in. I checked out a day early due to this. This place was a clean looking place with water issues."

"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite. We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better. I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."

"The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me "

"Recently remodeled but rooms are small, bathroom shower was dirty, and they only give you two towels for a room that sleeps four. No hot breakfast. There was coffee. Staff wasn't present often. Parking was adequate. Elevatores were broken and they put us on the third floor. "
