"After being in our room for an hour we could feel something biting us. We left shortly after."

"Overall, it was a good stay, especially if you are planning to spend most of your day outside and only use the room for sleeping, resting, or taking a shower. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, with easy access to the main areas and attractions, which made getting around very convenient. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast was not very good. I also think they should provide new shampoo and body wash for each new guest instead of leaving previously used ones. The room temperature seemed fixed, and it felt a bit cold for us. In the bathroom, the water was extremely hot, and the tap did not work properly at first, although we eventually figured out the trick to use it. The TV also did not work during our stay. That said, these issues were not a big problem for us because we stayed only two nights and were outside most of the time. I also believe the staff would have easily changed our room if the issues were serious. We were tired and simply did not want to move our things again, so that part was more on us rather than the residence. I did not use the parking, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, I would say this place is a good option if you want a clean room in a great location and do not plan to spend much time inside. However, if you want to cook, stay longer, or have more comfort, an Airbnb or a higher-end hotel may be a better choice, although it would likely be more expensive."
